Celebrate Canada Day 2026 in Mississauga
Get ready for Mississauga’s biggest Canada Day celebration yet! Join thousands of residents and visitors in the heart of the city on July 1 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for an action-packed evening filled with live entertainment, family-friendly fun, delicious food, and a spectacular fireworks finale presented by Tim Hortons.
With more than 30 food trucks and vendors, exciting activities for all ages, and an incredible lineup of Canadian talent, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
This year’s saugaLIVE Stage will feature an unforgettable showcase of homegrown talent, including rising pop sensation Tedy, Latin-pop powerhouse Aiona Santana, and multi-platinum, JUNO Award-winning artist bbno$, who will close out the night with a high-energy headline performance.
Keeping the celebrations going all evening long are event hosts Mariah Amber and Dhanung Bulsara, alongside DJ Jelz, who will be spinning crowd favourites throughout the event.

4:00 p.m. – Kick off the celebration with DJ Jelz at the Fountain Splash Party
6:05 p.m. – Sauga Sound Collective brings vibrant global rhythms to the saugaLIVE Stage
6:20 p.m. – Official Canada Day Ceremony featuring Mayor Carolyn Parrish and Members of Council
6:40 p.m. – Be amazed by the Freestyle Soccer Show at the North Side Stage
7:00 p.m. – Catch rising Canadian pop star Tedy live on the saugaLIVE Stage
7:30 p.m. – Sauga Sound Collective lights up the North Side Stage
8:00 p.m. – Experience the infectious energy of Latin-pop artist Aiona Santana
8:35 p.m. – Don’t miss the exciting Sauga Sound Collective x Freestyle Soccer collaboration performance
9:00 p.m. – Headliner bbno$ takes the stage for an electrifying performance
10:00 p.m. – Look to the skies for a dazzling fireworks finale presented by Tim Hortons
Camp Canuck Presented by Toronto Pearson

From interactive play zones to hands-on activities, Camp Canuck is packed with fun for kids and families across Celebration Square.

- Cool off at the Fountain Splash Party powered by Alectra
- Take on the Jumping Kids Bus gymnastics challenge, perfect for children ages 1–10
- Put your skills to the test at the Freestyle Soccer Obstacle Course
- Enjoy Canadian-themed Storytimes hosted by Mississauga Library at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Great Hall
- Explore the Little Canucks Playzone, featuring sidewalk chalk, Giant Jenga, Connect 4, and more
- Build, create, and imagine at the Bricks and Blocks Playzone with giant building blocks, thousands of LEGO® bricks, and fun photo opportunities
- Meet face painters, roaming bubble artists, and other surprise entertainers throughout the evening
