- Heat oil and immerse the mold for 30 seconds. Dip 3/4th of the mold in the batter.
- Submerge the coated mold in preheated oil, leaving it for a few seconds without touching the pan’s bottom.
- Shake the mold to release the achappam; use a fork if needed.
