Live Models, Entertainment, Door prizes and a Grand Door prize presented at the Curated Vendor Showcase at Bridal Social and Wedding Event
Newly engaged couples, bridal parties and others attended the She Said Yes – Bridal Social and Wedding Event in Thornhill where they were greeted by a host of curated vendors. Held on Saturday, June 4 at the exclusive M World Club (venue sponsor), the event showcased an extravaganza of services including Bridal and Wedding Couture, Jewelry, Florist, Makeup Artist and Aesthetician, Photographer, Wedding Planner, Wedding Cakes, Marriage Mentor and Happiness Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Real Estate and Mortgage Advisor, Financial Planner and much more!
The audience included engaged couples, bridal party and other guests who came to prepare for the big day.
“This is the first time that our dream team of vendors has gotten together to offer couples a one-stop source for all things bridal under one roof,” say organizers Tara Bhuyan of Tara Bhuyan Couture; Stephaney Campbell, Wedding Planner, Inspired Weddings; Fouzia Tariq, Founder, Simply Elegant by Fouzia; Sujata Kale-Banerjea, Holistic Nutritionist at SujataNutrition; and Hailey Patry, The Marriage Mentor, Relationship and Happiness Coach at The Lifted Lid.
Lily (name changed) who got engaged recently and is getting married in May 2023 was delighted to attend the event with her fiancé and mother and went to each vendor station be it bridal couture, jewellery, nutritionist and entertainment, makeup and aesthetics, cakes and others.
“This is such a great idea to have all that is required for a wedding under one roof,” she said. “I was looking for a team of intimate vendors that will offer me personalized services needed to plan my perfect wedding.”
Throughout the day, live models sporting bridal couture in vibrant colours and eye-catching jewellery walked the ramp while dancers performed to popular music providing a host of entertainment to the audience. The venue was dotted with flowers and floral arrangements, makeup demonstrations as well as workshops for the newly engaged, prospective brides and grooms, bridal party and guest attendees. Attendees were offered a wedding cake tasting experience along with a spread of appetizers, salad and fruit. On hand was a Relationship Coach ‘to help couples experience smooth sailing, from “yes” to “I do” and beyond!’ while a Real Estate and Mortgage Agent as well as Financial Planner were there to help out with a couple’s first home and finances. The event was streamed live on social media to reach those who could not attend.

At the end of the day, a draw was held and several door prizes were handed out in the form of floral arrangements, gift baskets, gift cards and much more.
The fabulous grand draw prize was presented to Chhavi Sharma, renowned Vastu specialist, by Colette Rabba, the Real Estate services vendor that included a weekend in beautiful Prince Edward County from Friday Aug 26th to Sunday Aug 28th 2022. Congratulations to Chhavi Sharma!
