Mercedes-Benz Canada is showcasing a wide range of performance, luxury, and electric innovation at the 2026 Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto. The brand’s presence this year reflects its ongoing commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology, distinctive design, and a clear vision for the future of mobility.
A key highlight of the stand is the all-new 2027 GLC 400 4MATIC with EQ Technology SUV, making its Canadian debut at the Canadian International AutoShow. This all-electric GLC signals the next chapter of Mercedes-Benz electric mobility, offering ultra-fast charging and an iconic design that blends efficiency, versatility, and intuitive digital innovation.
“As Mercedes‑Benz marks 140 years of pioneering automotive innovation in 2026, the upcoming 2027 Electric GLC SUV stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to progress. Built on an all‑new electric‑first platform and powered by our intelligent MB.OS operating system, the next‑generation GLC introduces supercomputer‑level processing designed to enhance safety in real time,” said Alex Matthews, VP, Digital, PR & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz Canada.
The Mercedes-Benz display is located in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s North Building, where performance enthusiasts will be drawn to several standout Mercedes-AMG models making their appearance in Toronto.
The all-new AMG E 53 HYBRID 4MATIC+ Wagon blends iconic AMG driving dynamics with plug-in hybrid efficiency, offering exhilarating performance with everyday practicality.
The striking AMG GT 55 Coupe delivers unmistakable AMG presence and thrilling V8 power.
The AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe further reinforces AMG’s reputation, combining athletic design with dynamic handling and advanced F1-inspired technology.
“We’re proud to host Mercedes-Benz and the Canadian debut of the all-new 2027 Electric GLC SUV,” said Jason Campbell, General Manager, Canadian International AutoShow. “Luxury is indeed intertwined with performance and electric technology and on display at the Mercedes-Benz exhibit.”
Luxury remains at the heart of the Mercedes-Benz brand ethos, and few vehicles embody this more boldy than the Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Roadster. A true showstopper, it represents the pinnacle of open-top luxury, combining exquisite materials with effortless performance. Dramatic two-tone red-and-black paintwork is an unmistakable Maybach signature that turns every arrival into a red-carpet event.
The G 580 with EQ Technology returns to the show by popular demand, reinforcing its status as a modern icon. Its quad motors enable standout off road innovations—including G-TURN, allowing the vehicle to rotate on its own axis, and G-STEERING, which tightens the turning radius for remarkable agility. This combination of off-road capability and electric performance underscores how the G 580 propels the G Class into a sustainable future without compromising its legendary spirit.
Mercedes-Benz also highlights key models designed for everyday driving with elevated comfort and technology. The C-Class Sedan continues to deliver refined performance and advanced driver assistance features, while the GLC Coupe blends SUV capability with a sportier, coupe-inspired design. Electrification is further represented by the GLE 450e 4MATIC SUV, pairing plug-in hybrid efficiency with long-distance comfort.
Another star of the display is the all-new, all-electric CLA, which introduces a new generation of compact Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and brings more space, efficiency, comfort, and technological sophistication than ever before.
Mercedes-Benz Vans showcases the Travois Weekender, an all-wheel-drive Sprinter Cargo–based adventure van designed to accommodate up to four adults, equipped with a pop-top sleeping area, a lightweight kitchenette, and swivel seats for extended travel comfort and outdoor exploration.
Also on display is the all-electric eSprinter, upfitted by eXpertUpfitters Action Car and Truck, transformed into a mobile bike shop featuring a Mercedes-Benz eBike. This innovative build highlights the versatility and real-world applications of electric mobility, reinforcing Mercedes-Benz Vans’ commitment to sustainable, future-focused transportation solutions.
